Happy Friday! Fridays have always been my favorite day of the week. They used to be pizza nights when I was younger. My Dad would come home from traveling all week and my family would eat and watch TGIF together. This Friday is special because John and I are going shopping for something very exciting. That’s all I am going to say for now:)
I have seen this survey on a few different blogs, and thought it would be a fun way to start off the weekend.
A- Art! It was always my favorite subject in school when I was younger (and math ironically). I love being creative and learning about Art History.
A painting from the class I took last Fall.
B- The Beatles. One of my favorite bands of all time.
C- Coffee Coffee Coffee. I usually like mine with just a little half and half or milk, but I love lattes and fancy drinks from Starbucks too.
This was a soy latte I had in San Fran. It was the best latte I’ve had (but everything thing tastes better on vacation, I think. )
D- December. I love Christmastime; the weather, family time, baking, Christmas music and lights… it is one of my favorite times of the year.
E- Everything happens for a reason.
F- Fall! I loooove fall. Everything about it makes me feel warm and cozy.
G- Gilmore Girls. Between my sisters and I, we have all the seasons on DVD. I just love it.
H- Hair. Its been really long, then short, then long again. It is longer than I’ve had it in a while, and I am itching to chop it off.
I- Indiana. I’ve lived here for 12 years now, so it is home to me.
J- John. I feel so lucky that we found each other. He is my best friend and I love him:)
K- Krsipy Kreme. We don’t have any near us, but I love their doughnuts. That sounds good right now…
L- Lake house. One of my biggest dreams is to someday own a lake house in Northern Michigan. I love everything about being near the water and I envision it being a place where family and friends can gather and have fun.
M- Michigan. I was born there, but moved when I was only four. It feels like home though, because most of my family is there. You know what they say, “Home is where the heart is”.
N- New clothes. I love anything new really. I constantly get rid of old belongings to make room for the new (plus clutter makes me crazy!)
O- Organization. I love to organize stuff. Whenever I see anything in little drawers or bins (like screws and nails at Lowes), my heart flutters a little.
P- Planner. I always pick out a new one at the beginning of the year.
Q- Quiet time. I crave quiet time to myself. There is nothing better than an afternoon spent curling up with a good book.
R- Re-decorating I love to decorate and do crafty things. I am excited for the day when I have a whole house to decorate!
S- San Francisco. How I miss thee…
T- Thanksgiving. I love spending the day with family and eating delicious food. The best part is, when it’s over, it’s Christmastime!
U- Undergraduate. I have about a year and a half of college done. I want to finish my degree, but I am hesitant to go back unless I really know what I want to study.
V- Vega. When John and I first started dating we had a picnic and when it got dark when layed underneath the stars. He pointed out the brightest one and told me it was Vega. Then he said it was “ours”.
W- Weddings. My sister just got her pictures back and I love looking at them. Weddings are such a special day and filled with so many memories.
X- ? I honestly can’t think of anything.
Y- Yankee Candle. I love their candles, especially when they send me buy two get on free coupons.
Z- Zoo. I haven’t been in a couple of years, but I want to go soon. The penguins are always my favorite.
